OVER THE RAINBOW
This sub-site features detailed, searchable information about areas such as anti-discrimination law, health, inheritance, property division, death compensation and State superannuation for lesbians and gay men in Victoria.
As an initiative of the Victorian Gay & Lesbian Rights Lobby and the Department of Justice, Over the Rainbow Online is intended to help you understand how you can use the law to enforce your right to equal treatment and to protect yourself and your families from the effects of discrimination.
It is hoped that through initiatives like this, lesbians and gay men in Victoria will have a better understanding of how they can use the law to enforce their right to equal treatment and to protect themselves and their families from the effects of discrimination.
