The Victorian Gay and Lesbian Rights Lobby

The Victorian Gay and Lesbian Rights Lobby works for and with the whole gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ) community to end discrimination and to achieve equality and social justice.
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans*, Gender Diverse and Intersex (LGBTI) workers continue to face discrimination when seeking work and once they are in a job, despite the fact that it is unlawful. Every union and employer has a responsibility to challenge this discrimination. Click HERE to read a comprehensive guide for Unions and Employer Representatives on LGBTI issues.
